Erm.  Besides the lock denial of service, of course.  That one did not
get a fix yet, but it should be exposed much less often:  You now need
- a compiler which actually does not understand `-c -o'
- use an installed `libtool' which is on a different mount than $builddir.

So, at least a fix is not that pressing any more.
