Applied to HEAD and similar to branch-2-0.

wrap rule, do we?  (I wrapped at 80).

Yep, see HACKING, Section 5: Editing 'ChangeLog'.

I was applying point 1 (which involved rewrapping, adding some missing linebreaks & parens):

* When in doubt, check that emacs can syntax-color properly in
  change-log-mode.

No biggie, just wanted something quick and easy to check that all the parts of my tlaapply script were indeed cooperating.
