It has everything to do with libltdl!  Libtoolize goes to some pain  
(less
pain than before with the new structure) to make sure all those files  
are
added to your project, with the correct timestamps when you invoke
libtoolize --ltdl.  It was odd having them under CVS in different places
to where they are when you import a libltdl tree into your project!
