libtoolize test failures

Hi Gary,

Tests 2 and 3 now fail, like this (bootstrapped with 2.59/1.9.2).
Could you please look into this, to see whether just the tests need
updating or `libtoolize' is wrong.  If you update the tests, note that
the then-enabled followup AT_CHECKs will also fail.
