The announcement on savannah, from the link in my original
mail, pointed out that cvs.sv.gnu.org is a shorter hostname
with the same IP address as cvs.savannah.gnu.org, for
convenience. Either spelling is fine by me, as long as HACKING
and README.alpha are consistent and point to an actual
repository for anonymous access.
