This should be fixed now.  (The test is skipped if FC is `no').

Hmm, weird.  Since I don't know Java well, this may be an error of mine
in the test just as well as a bug in gcj.  Would be good to look at.

I've seen this before.  static.at needs a bigger rewrite for w32 due to
a largish thinko of self when writing it.  Expect a patch in a couple of
weeks or so.

Expected failure.  (Known bug in libtool; this test is just to remind us
of it.)

Still its only failures are due to the other test failures.  (The low
max_cmd_len test runs some of the other ones inside.)

More failures were observed with this after export.at was added, which
was after this test round was done.
