I think it is broken, but do not know, nor care. I realize that it is a
"regression" over 1.5, but I have never gotten any feedback on xlc
support, and do not believe that anyone cares.

No. sigh. I will have to add a test that the output has dwarf debugging
symbols before putting dsymutil into the archive_cmds. Thanks for
catching this.
