Yes, probably libole32 and some other libs need to be special-cased,
or our acceptance of linking dlls against static libraries reconsidered.
Or, this is yet another buglet in win32_libid or related functionality.

But we don't have a patch for this; see above, we don't even have the
issue analyzed sufficiently to know what the underlying bug is.  Until
that is done by somebody, we cannot address it.
