Next step is CVS, but meanwhile, this is the command line
in the failing shell script:
exec $program ${1+"$@"}
The shell used by the script is "/bin/sh".
Has there been any change to this under CVS?
The example failure (again):
$ ls -1 *.[ch]|$col --line-sep=' \'
columns: Command line arguments not allowed
columns - Columnize Input Text - Ver. 1.1
USAGE: columns [ -<flag> [<val>] | --<name>[{=| }<val>] ]...
$ ls -1 *.[ch]|$col --line-sep='\'
