Yeesh, I had no idea. The cygwin libtool-devel-1.5 source dist is widely mirrored, and:

As I mentioned in my previous email, the md5 of this "internal" original tarball matches the md5's that have already been posted.

Likewise, the tarred source is widely available on the Debian mirrors. Frankly, I gave up waiting for a GNU blessed copy a month ago.
