Good.  I'll wait for Alexandre's suggestion before going any further
with this.

Great.   I'll ditch --no-silent in favor of -v|--verbose then.
Would we also need --no-dry-run?  I think not.

Easy: -all-static (as all other mode-specific options) has to come after

It's quite easy to forget the fact that the time of day might be vastly
different for everyone else.  :-)
