My personal opinion is that this doesn't require a new release.  I'm not
sure what changed in the docs between 1.5.20 and 1.5.22, but it seems
likely that even if people install the new docs on their system, they're
probably going to get the old documentation when they fire up "info" or
whatever they use to read the info docs.
