It will be some days until I can do w32 testing again. Until then,
it may help if you post the output of
../libtool --config
../libtool --features
cat libnetcdf.la
(in that same directory).
You could also try building with --disable-static. But even if it
worked, it would only be a workaround and we'd need to fix the
underlying bug.
