Ok, i added --full-time. In the meantime i found something in
sub/ltdl/Makefile. The rule for distdir is:

704 distdir: $(DISTFILES)
705     $(am__remove_distdir)
706     mkdir $(distdir)

The mkdir fails because the directory allready exists... I'll dig deeper
there.
