When the guy currently in charge of Automake says "no", that really does
mean no. And, his argument is good in any case, so I'm inclined to agree,
at least for now.
However, that doesn't mean we're not happy to hear the technical argument
in support of moving libtool inside Automake. I won't be tackling the actual
implementation of the split for at least a few more weeks, so you still have
time to talk us around ;)
