James worked quite a bit on these; we now have an a8size (or something like that; see scm/papersizes.scm or some file like that) which is very useful for showing multi-page scores without occupying tons of screen (in html) or dead trees.
Actually, come to think of it, wasn't James working on "titles and headers" ? IIRC Mark Polesky had a half-finished page on that, and James spent 20+ hours unearthing the patch, working on the backend a8papersize stuff, etc, before the patch was finally accepted.
