Well, *a lot* is a bit much for four entries where three of them
are user-settable – well, the forth concerning volta-hooks may be
suitable for user-overrides, too, but this is not documented yet
and there is no regression test for that. That's probably a
good extension to the yet-to-come bar line interface documentation
patch.

But ... just for clarification: a user cannot define new bar lines
if the alist containing them is not public, IIUC?
