Hmmm, there are the Makefiles included, but not much more.
The point is that I did a complete update to current autoconf,
automake, libtool. So most of the configuration files are changed.

I called it:
$ guile --version
Guile 1.4-gph-1

And the package is named:
guile-1.4-gph-1-dll.tar.bz2
