finding children

When initializing the accidental-engraver end when changing time-sigs, I
have to update the value of "localKeySignature" of all the children of
the current context (Staff). How do I find them?
(the normal fallback mechanism does not work beacuse the property is set
different in each context)

Apart from this problem, the auto-accidentals are almost finished
(imho)! :-)
