One good, one bad

The good: I think that I have fixed the remaining accidental bugs.
The bad: The spacing was f*cked up in the attempt.

With a little luck I might find a web-cafe in copenhagen tomorrow and hence 
send a patch (I'll be home on tuesday). Otherwise you can see the bug (but not 
the fixes :-) ) by moving all the code from process_acknowledged_grobs to the 
start of stop_translation_timestep.
The accidentals should be the same as before, but they are spaced wrongly.

I.e. try something like

\context Staff \notes \transpose c''' \repeat unfold 12 { cis16 c16 cis16 c16 }
}

Hopefully this bug can be fixed - I really don't see how I should else make the 
accidentals.
