Sorry, I should have warned you for this.  LilyPond now depends on a
number of library packages, but as it seems, they don't get selected
automagically (yet).

dll              package
cygguile-14.dll  libguile14 
cygltdl-3.dll    libtool-devel
cygintl-2.dll    libintl2
cygiconv-2.dll   libiconv2     # don't think you need this.

One day, this should all go automatically...
