buildscripts/out/lilypond-profile notice in make install?

Would it be possible/desirable to include a reminder about running
buildscripts/out/lilypond-profile (or /lilypond-login) at the end of
make install?  (similar to alsa-driver's reminder that all channels are
muted by default)  It took me hours to figure out why the fonts weren't
working(I finally found

When I used stable .debs, setting up the fonts paths were done
automagically.  I'm sure that I'm not the only person who'll have these
problem when moving from stable to "semi-stable" pre-1.6.  :)
