This is the 13. .ly file of the glossary.
Restarting the process again, 12 .ly files are converted (still from
the glossary), then the same error happens.
So it seems the problem is in lilypond-book.py, and it is related to
the magic number 12.
Starting `make' a third time, it continues to work.
Very strange.
I have python 2.1.1, working on a Linux 2.4.10 box.
