19 pt?

the 19pt font was sort of a vestige of musictex (that also had fonts
in the sizes of lily), it was broken by the virtual fonts. Paper19 was
paper20 with smaller fonts, meant for cramped situations. I don't like
it, since it is much too similar to 20 pt. A real solution is to have
fontSize select between magnified versions of the closest font
(i.e. 17pt -> scaled 16 pt, 19pt -> scaled 20pt).
