One problem down.

Or, if I understand DOS correctly, when bash.exe is in the directory
where we are now.
If you open a DOS box, and do:
c:
cd \cygwin\bin
bash.exe
that should work.

See explanation above; If we can chdir to the directory where
run-lily-wins.bat and bash.exe live, plain: bash.exe should work.
