CVS 2.1 web build fails

Recent devel CVS on Debian/testing.  Debian/testing's gv is broken, so I'm
willing to believe that testing's gs is also broken and thus this isn't 
LilyPond's
fault at all.  Here's the build process:
make distclean
./autogen
make all
