I don't remember what dashed bar lines look like in printed music, but at least it certainly makes sense to synchronise the dashes/dots with the score lines as is done in LilyPond today. Otherwise it could be difficult to distinguish them from solid lines. /Mats Heikki Johannes Junes wrote:
