request for command similar to \fatText

I have added an allow-outside-line property for PaperColumn (and
NonMusicalPaperColumn), which will allow the situation described
above, and defaults to a spacing where "Allegro molto" is inside the
line. Hopefully, the spacing constraints will cause line breaks to be chosen
far from such texts. If this doesn't happen, can you send an example
where it fails (that example does not have to super-small)
