2.5.11 (and earlier 2.5 releases): Two chord symbol bugs

I propose to deprecate the TeX backend for this type of
applications. It's rather hairy to have features that depend on
special font selection work nice in both TeX and Pango.

I've put this on hold until we have the TTF issue fixed.
