It would definitely be useful. I think this has been one of the
main advantages of the old Tips and Tricks document, namely that
you can
1. Easily find a feature that you are looking for, but where you
  don't know a good word to search for (either since you are not
  that fluent in english or since the author of the snippet used
  some other term than you).
2. Discover features that you didn't even know existed.
