Docs again

I'm finished the first draft of the reorg.  I'd like to see the results 
(in web or
pdf form), and optionally get comments from here, before doing more work
on it.  So I'm not planning on doing more changes until 2.5.14 (ie 
website
update) or fink lilypond-devel gets released.

In other words, if you were waiting for me to finish this before 2.5.14,
wait no longer.  :)
