Hello,
setting #(set-paper-size "a4" 'landscape) gives almost empty
pages with lilypond 2.5.13 and the postscript backend.
It seems like the vertical offset is wrong (mm instead of pt).
The attached patch fixes that. I hardly know anything about
postscript, so please doublecheck before applying. At least it
fixes the problem for me.
