Re: LilyPond 2.4.5 is out

Why is it that the latest copy of the VERSION file in the
lilypond_2_4 branch still contains
PATCH_LEVEL=3
instead of
PATCH_LEVEL=5

Is it related to the other problems mentioned on the mailing list?
