cryptic messages of convert-ly

Converting a piece of mine I got this:

  Applying conversion: 2.3.1, 2.3.2
  Not smart enough to convert tuning of page layout
  Please refer to the manual for details, and update manually.
  , 2.3.4, [...]

This is difficult to understand.  The error message should actually
say which page layout commands or properties it can't convert.

Please note also the ugly position of the comma before `2.3.4'.
