international fonts in OSX

I'm trying to build 2.5.23 docs in OSX; it fails on input/regression/utf-8.ly (file included
below).  The file notes that

You may have to install additional fonts.

Red Hat Fedora

    taipeifonts fonts-xorg-truetype ttfonts-ja fonts-arabic \
         ttfonts-zh_CN fonts-ja fonts-hebrew

Debian GNU/Linux

   apt-get install emacs-intl-fonts xfonts-intl-.* \
        ttf-kochi-gothic ttf-kochi-mincho

I've installed a number of fink font packages, but it isn't working. Does anybody
know what the equivalent fink packages are?
