I'm running lilypond (latest CVS) inside of SciTE, bound to the
"compile" key. I get the following in the output window:
>lilypond -f pdf cth-124-e-2.ly
[Using open mode]
Open and visual must be used interactively
>Exit code: 1
So can I disable open mode?
