absolute pitch for startTrillSpan in a relative environment

produce correct octave for fis ? Seems like "\startTrillSpan fis" gives absolute
pitch, "fis", but c4 and f are relative to c', thus "c'4" and "f'". Should
startTrillSpan be aware of \relative ?
