I've updated the notifications ; they were broken by our extensive restructuring
of GUB (which was coupled with the switch to git and git.sv.gnu.org).
Hopefully, it's working
now.

I have a questoin: can you have a look at the png-ln target in
doclang-targets.make
and see if it's still necessary. I've commented it out, because

on/user/./out-www/lily-accb4c008b.png ./out-www/lily-accb4c008b.png &&  ln -sf
../../../../Documentation/user/./out-www/lily-0b15434bee.png

../../../../Documentation/user/./out-www/lily-a7c2912452.png
./out-www/lily-a7c2912452.png && true
make[4]: execvp: /bin/sh: Argument list too long
make[4]: *** [png-ln] Error 127
make[4]: Leaving directory `/home/lilydev/vc/lilypond/Documentation/fr/user'
make[3]: *** [WWW] Error 2

can you fix or remove as appropriate?
