png-ln is only useful if you want the images to be shown when browsing
the HTML user manual in Documentation/LANG/user/out-www; as the
translated files are merged, the images show anyway in
out-www/{off|on}line-root, so I've simply junked the png-ln target.
Besides this, deep-ln was unused, so I've junked it too and I've pushed
all changes to both master and stable/2.10.
