I will accept (almost) all constructions to make this work. Given the
many abilities of lilypond, this is one of the few weaknesses which
can cause serious troubles from a typographical point of view.
BTW, thanks for the great of job of fixing bugs en suite! I really
hope that your Brazilian permit will not arrive soon :-)
