[patch] updated spanish basic notation

Here is the patch for updated spanish basic notation.

I must say to all actual and potential translators, that is very important to 
keep all the code in the very same line numbers of each file, from the 
originals to the translated ones. Otherwise it is a real nightmare to keep 
track of every change done to the originals.
