Thank you. This is surely related to the lyrics collision problem when you use 
StaffGroup instead ChoirStaff. Supressing the barlines between staves 
is not the solution, IMO. One should be able to use crossing barlines and at 
the same time to put long sylables on the first note of a measure. Of 
course if you have a single staff, the text does not collide with anything, but 
crossing barlines do not seem to be considered as a collidable thing. 
This is where I think the problem comes from.
