OK.  As soon as [1] is fixed, I'll fix the makefile to not install the
PFB versions of the lilypond fonts.

Uhmm.  I looked into this, but I was not able to understand the code.
It would take a loong time to learn it, so I ask you to fix it if you
can find some time.
