No; please have one .itely for each chapter.  These chapters also
need to be included in lilypond.tely, and added to the @menu in
that file.

How about you reorder the chapters that don't have changed names
(Vocal, ancient) and commit them, and then try creating one new
chapter file.  If you can't see how it's done by context, ask
again.
