It would probably take me less time to write python code using regular
expressions to convert '<dt>Title</dt><dd>Body</dd>' news items to RSS,
but I first thought it was cleaner to do this with xslt.  I'll do this
in Python if writing a working xslt stylesheet appears to be a hassle.
