GDP: removed a few .itely files from doc-src

I've removed a few .itely files from doc-src.  I was trying to
remove .itely files for people who work from git; I thought it would
make it easier for newbies to find their own .itely file.

If I've removed an .itely file that you're working on, and you'd prefer
to get it from doc-src, that's totally fine; just let me know and I'll
add it back to my upload script.
