Very cool! Binaries are in lilypond.org/download, but it seems they
haven't been mirrored on download.linuxaudio.org yet, and version hasn't
been bumped on lilypond.org.  I'll update the news when this is done.

BTW I'm puzzled that release/2.11.46-1 tag is not attached to any head
on git.sv.gnu.org, as master log and
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=lilypond.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/tags/release/2.11.46-1
 show.  IIRC it's not the first time this happens.
