Predefined fret diagrams regression test problem

Hi Carl,

Your commit for predefined frets causes regression testing to fail in
lyric-combine.ly. Here's where it breaks:

m = \relative c'' {

The parser is reading the identifier `m' as a chord modifier.

Commenting out the \include in declarations-init.ly allows compilation
to continue.
