[PATCHES] Connected again but without Git pushing

Hi all,

Sorry for having disappeared for a while.  I'm back, but I'm in a
small village until Aug 23th, where the only Internet connection
publicly available bans SSH connections and outgoing emails.  In
particular, this means I can't push to Git.

Could somebody apply and push the attached patches to master?  I think
these patches should be applied without prior discussion.  I also have
made another patch for LM 3 proofreading, which I'm going to send on
-user.

Francisco, Jean-Charles, could one of you take the responsability of
merging master into lilypond/translation and vice-versa until August
23th?  It's best only one person does this at once.  This job also
implies periodically (once a week is fine) running 'make
translation-status' and 'make po-update' in Documentation/, committing
the changes made and pushing immediately.

I'm doing my best to skim through emails and reply in the coming hours
and days.  It would make my life easier if 2.12 was released after Aug
23th, so I can quickly push changes for 2.12, e.g. some links on the
website have to be fixed when 2.12 comes out.
