If they would say this, I were also satisfied. However, currently it simply 
says: 
<undefined> [Top], page <undefined>

(See http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/Documentation/user/lilypond-learning.pdf, 
at the bottom of page 8 for the MG, similarly for the SL at the bottom of 
page 9). 
I don't know the reason for it, but it appears only in the LM in the about 
section, where an explicit @ref is used rather than the @rglos, @rinternals, 
etc. All uses of @rglos, @rinternals etc. seem to work fine.
